Nonprofit organizations may submit catering orders online without being subject to sales tax. To do this, order through the Nonprofit menu. The Nonprofit menu is identical to the Catering menu except for sales tax. Orders submitted through our Nonprofit menu will not be honored without valid proof of nonprofit status on file.

To upload proof of your organization's nonprofit status (e.g. a Federal Determination Letter), fill out the form below, and click on the + sign to upload, select your file, then click Submit. 

After this, place your order by clicking on the Order Now button and selecting the Nonprofit menu. You will not be charged sales tax. Any items ordered through our other menus will be subject to sales tax.
